In spring 1975, TWA operated Flight 810, an L-1011 from Los Angeles to Boston with stops at Las Vegas and Chicago. I rode the first segment on April 7 and caught N31019 as it departed for O’Hare Field. The same airplane now resides at the Wheeler Downtown Airport in Kansas City, part of the National Airline History Museum collection.
