Finally I was able to catch American Airlines with the Spirit of SFO theme. Not the greatest light but it will have to do for now.

Great set Mark. My favorite has got to be the shot of the South African 340. Its a good thing the weather isn't that great today and I have a birthday party to go to later or else I would be fighting the urge to get in my truck and drive down there.

By the way.....for anyone out spotting today.....the American with the SFO theme is due in at around 1308, flight no. AA0045 if you want to catch her.

Unfortunately I won't be doing any spotting today......I have a christening to attending (which kills the whole day more or less). If anything maybe a few late departures, otherwise I'll be out and about spotting Sunday. Here's another shot of the FedEx belly as she passed overhead. Again......the light was terrible yesterday.

I once again, attempted the capture of the Finn Air cargo MD-11, and AGAIN I missed. Not great weather so I am not soo bummed, but I COULD have made it were it not for two accidents on Van Wyck which totally SLAMMED me :-(

I saw the SFO special and kicked myself they didn't use her this Sunday :-( Could not get away yesterday early enough...

I did manage to catch two or three in an hour's time. LIGHT REALLY sucked later in the PM.
