LGA St. Patrick's day spotting 3/17 (numerous pics)

After marching with the Xavier Regiment at the St. Patrick's day parade, I headed to the World's Fair Marina since the last time I went there was August. I didn't catch any US Airways special schemes but there were some nice banks. Enjoy!

    Great shots :borat:

But I noticed you have a little bit of chromatic abberation on some shots (purple spots where the light reflects) I find the best way to take care of this is by reducing the saturation of the purple/magenta channels in postproduction (lightroom, aperture etc)

Great shots and great banks and angles. For those of you who didn't notice on the FL 717 they just started adding the ship number or f/n right below the tail. We noticed it from our tower on a 73G a few days ago.

    Nice Job

Nice shots, I really need to make a Marina run one day rather soon.

today really was one of the most prefect shooting days as of late. even while sitting in DCA waiting to come home we enjoyed watching traffic departing. saw a NWA 757W for the very first time, as well as the USGC G-V.
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

Great shots...World's Fair Marina is one of my favorite locations.
