    Singapore Review (New Photos Added)

    Just saying hi to everybody in NY. Emailing from the Singapore Air Show

    Arrived in Singapore on Tuesday Night.

    Weather is hot and Humid.
    Pics to follow.
    Raj and I departed JFK Monday Morning aboard CX 841(Cathy Asia Word City)


    updated: 2/27. Returned Home Monday Evening. Please check out pics from myself and Raj both from the Singapore Airshow and General Spotting.

    Eric, I hope you enjoyed amazing Cathay Pacific as much as I did on my two Asian trips on them? How where their beautiful cabin crew?

    I think that's 365 days a year in that neck of the woods, I had lens condensation issues their when shooting outdoors after beeing in air cond.

    After arriving Tue evening, its been very hectic last 2 days, getting barely some sleep.
    Well without further delay, heres some news & qucik edits from this part of the world.

    Star of the show...




    Yet another SQ departs as 380 shows off all the airline it will fly for.






    The Singapore's Black Knights did a fantastic show....


    Representing our part of the world... and doing solo performance...


    Its been great visiting Singapore... seeing some good friends again.... more to continue

    Thanks, Eric will be posting as soon he gets inet connection.
    LIVE NOTE: Its 9:39 local and sun just broke thru and should have another day of good spotting. Thanks to great Singapore hospitality from a spotter friend, we did show on Trade days are done with already in 2 days and will skip the next 3 days. Now comes the spotting.. :)

    Singapore is a great city and heres one way to spend evenings, spotting! Some of the quick edits....

    Changi is busiest after 18:00, ... here a Jet Stars 320 holds position as yet another QF flight is starting engines and vacates the taxiways.


    I spent 3 nights at Changi spotting and she showed up same time same gate... :D


    This is one of my fav... as I was able to get only single exposure before Thai Triple just powered out of the ramp area.


    Thai sends just bout everything to Changi... A300, A330, B772, B773 & B744.


    EK's second flight of the day...


    As I was packing my camera bag... Beijing 2008 shows up :P .... needless to say everything was unpacked in a record time.

    Love the night shots, Raj!

    I think you've got the first shot of the newest Iberia A340-300 addition to the fleet in the background of your Thai 777-200 shot. The new A340-300 is an ex-Air Canada and is yet to be delivered.
