Ryan that was awesome! Everyone should watch it! You left off Part 5 which not only discusses People Express going out of biz but the airline industry at the time in the mid 80s. You will be blown away that the same issues they talk about then are the same issues we talk about now. Simply amazing how history repeats itself.
