    Artsy Concorde Picture

Found this shot the other day on my hard drive and fixed it up a bit:

Unfortunately it was the best shot I could get of the last British Airways Concorde flight on October 24th. My father and I were heading towards Howard Beach when we heard on the radio that it was starting its take off role down 31L so we pulled over right before the bridge.

One of the best shots of the day!
And I, I took the path less traveled by
and that has made all the difference......yet...
I have a feeling a handle of people are going to be very interested in what I post in the near future.

Sure as hell is allot better than the lame closeup airliners.net shots. I would love
to put that up on my wall and will ask you for a good price.... once my wife is
    done with me!

Well done is an understatement, I love that piece of art and think it is one of, if
not the best concorde shot. It shows the aircraft in its perfect light as most see
it, without detail yet how we all remember her. I have a beautyful nice shot from
the beach and would trade every concorde shot I ever took for that one! Simply
put, It will continue to take my breath away every time I look at it in my small
folder of photos that inspire me to be a better photographer. Thank you for
taking the time, you will never understand how much I appreciate you posting it.
The three most common expressions in aviation are, "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" and "Oh Crap".
