    Planeview park

I am going to shoot some pics at the park there over the summer and I was wondering does anyone have tips to get some nice shots. It looks like the aircraft fly very fast and I am affraid I might get a blurred image.

    Any suggestions?

The aircraft do come in kind of fast, but if you have enough light to do a fast exposure, you can eliminate most of the blurring. Your best bet is to use your zoom lens to get EXP31 arrivals; the park is too close to runway 4/22. I've never had a lot of luck taking pictures at Planeview Park, but that's mostly because my camera s...is not nearly of the same quality that a lot of people on this forum have.

The problem is that most LGA operations are on relatively small aircraft, so it's not like at JFK where you get those long straight final approach paths.

Getting blurred images would only have to do with the camera you're using. If you have an SLR it should not be a problem. A p&s might be tougher.

Like Phil said, it's more about what you are shooting with, and how you are using it. With a DSLR, you should have no problems, a P&S, depending on your settings, can work well also.

Here are some examples from Planeview Park:
