Passenger Sues Spirit Airlines Over ‘Deceptive’ Fee

Spirit Airlines is being sued in Miami over a so-called “passenger usage fee” which runs $16. The plaintiff says Spirit falsely represents the fee as being imposed by the government. Spirit says the fee covers ticket distribution. [AP via Washington Post]
