Scores of people are feared to have been killed after a cargo plane crashed on Monday in the city of Pointe-Noire, the second-largest city in the Republic of Congo.

Delta Air Lines will relaunch the daily flights between JFK and Tokyo, Japan (NRT) previously operated by Northwest. Service will be operated by Boeing 777-200 aircraft.
