China is expected to become the world's number two plane market as it will require some 5,000 new commercial airplanes valued at $600 billion over the 20 years, Boeing projected on Wednesday.
Allegiant Air says it will invest $50 million to add 16 seats to each of its MD-88 aircraft, bringing the seating capacity of these planes up to 166 from 150.
