Four people were killed Saturday morning when a Gulfstream G650 test aircraft crashed upon take-off from an airport in New Mexico, federal officials said.
In a statement published by the FAA late Tuesday afternoon, the agency's Administrator Randy Babbitt announced his resignation. Babbitt had been arrested for drunk driving over the weekend.
Following better-than-expected success on its Caribbean and Florida routes in 2010, British Airways will increase service to many of these destinations for the summer of 2011.
