Mexican Federal Police 727-200, Vietnam Airlines B787-9, UAL 777 tour KIAD Trip

    Greetings,
I drove down to my old stomping grounds in the DC, VA MD area get some shots of the Mexican Federal Police 727-200 arriving into KIAD (Dulles). The Policia Federal B722s have been on my wish list for over a decade. Its Definitely one of the meanest looking aircraft in the skies. There was also a very expected visitor- The Vietnam Airlines B789. The Vietnam B789 was a Boeing "demo" flight. It great did not stop there as very nice person saw us taking photogs and asked us of we would like a tour of a UAL 777 being worked on on the UAL ramp. What an amazing day that got better with each passing hour. As always it was great meeting up with the DC spotters I have known for several years now- good times. The weather and lighting was pretty poor throughout the day but it the end my objective(s) were met.
I will post the new types for me that I got.

    Thanks for the compliments.

    Gerard,
They flew in a Mexican soccer team for some tournaments during last week. Someone said it was some type of Olympic competition. The Brazilians were here as well with their Air Force Aircraft.

Senga I was taxiing out at IAD when that 727 was landing, I saw it on finals, said "no way" but that black smoke trail was a dead give away, outbloodystanding
The beehive hummm of the JT9D and GE CF680C2,the thunder of the JT8D-17,the rumble of the PW1830 and the high ,thin whine of the PW 545A are all music to my ears!
