    beautiful
The beehive hummm of the JT9D and GE CF680C2,the thunder of the JT8D-17,the rumble of the PW1830 and the high ,thin whine of the PW 545A are all music to my ears!

Rich .... HoBe is still closed. I parked next to the closed fence and stepped out of the car to take the shots when needed. Not sure when HoBe may open. From the looks of it nothing has been done on either parking lots at HoBe. I guess we are in a wait and see mode and giving the fact that Uncle Sam can't get their act together sequestration will definitely have impact to HoBe since it's part of Gateway National Park.

Very nice shots guys. I hope the cops don't make people 'move along' from in front of the gate although one could always walk across the bridge as Fasil had done

I was parked there for a few hours with police vehicles passing by in both directions with none of them stopping. I would have moved if was told to but that didn't occur which was a good thing because it was cold and windy.

Sergio is back, and absolutely crushing it! I love those shots, man! We've got to hook up soon.

(Mark, your shots are OK, too, I guess...)

Yes don't let no parking scare you anywhere on the planet. No parking no problem, loose the car in the form of get dropped off, walk, bike, train, taxi just be creative and keep those beautiful shots coming. I am already looking fwd to my March visit which could happen right after the time change this weekend and this time I must catch Arik Air A346 from Hobe. The goal on my last visit was EK A380.
