Last week I noted that the elusive Ceiba Intercontinental 777-200LR had flown to LIS to be re-registered with White Airways of Portugal... Fortunately I happened to be visiting a friend in Lisbon this weekend! On my arrival the aircraft was nowhere in site but today I noted it parked on a remote stand and while taxiing for the runway we went right past it. :)
The best I could do from the dirty window of my ERJ-145 but it is probably one of the first photos with the new registration and perhaps one of the last of the aircraft in this beautiful and short lived livery:
Unfortunately it looks like we won't be seeing this one at the UN General Assembly after all.
