After describing the blast that killed 35 people at Moscow's busiest airport on Monday afternoon as a "well-planned terrorist attack", Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said airport management should be held accountable for lapses in security.

All indications have this bomber coming into the terminal from the curb side into a non secure area. Unfortunately the baggage claim area is a vulnerable location. In order to provide the security the President would want, the whole terminal would need to be sterile. So you queue people up at the front door? Then thats where the next attack will be.
