out for a couple hours this afternoon. Saw a couple spotters taking advantage of the new Panera Porch.

It's hard to take chances but sometimes it's better if you do

Great shots... I got a different perspective on them.... The Southern 747 almost dragged her tail down 31R after touchdown.
Southwest Airlines-"Once it pop's it's time to stop" Southwest Airlines-"Our Shamu's are almost real" Southwest Airlines -"We blow our top real easy" Southwest Airlines- "You can't top us..... really"
Here are a few from me taken on 12/24:

maybe a bit off-topic, does anyone know why Singapore got rid of the "Megatop" titles on the upper decks? Just curious, being that it is my screen name in more than one place
Some testing of night shots with my new camera. Comments appreciated. Ive been laying low since comming back from EWR.

Great shots to all 3 of you!

Nick, you need MORE LIGHT ;-)
All kidding aside, give your exposures a lot more time or a lot more sensitivity. You can do this 3 different ways:
Open up more--- unless you're maxed out
Give the shutter more time-- unless it can't be done because you don't have a tripod
Use higher ISO--
Well, it may be rhetorical yes, but worth repeating: Just when you think you have enough light, open up one more stop :-) That's my motto. Unless you know how to spot meter AND have a 1 degree spot meter handy, your meter will lie to you in the less optimal conditions... especially at night :-)
Nick, also be careful with the lights. ANY bright point source will tell your meter to go running scared and underexpose so look at your histogram all the time... and make sure it looks like it should for a decent picture.
Love your access ;-) Your perspectives are some I wish I had!

BRING BACK THE KJFK/KLGA OBSERVATION DECKS
Thanks Manny. Im still playing with my camera to get the best settings. Things will improve as I learn my camera. Removed 491 images as araid of them being ripped. No markings on the photo and its the only "clean" hybrid of 491. Will reupload once I get a watermark on it.
