    View from the House

Here are a few decent ones from my backyard in mid-October. I still have to work on my editing!

Your editing seems fine to me :-) I wish I had a view like that. Do you mind us (me) asking what is the path? Looks like 31R to me and from the looks of the LAN Chile, at least 5/10 DME?

I see an NYCA barbeque in your future, with lots of meat, beer, and cameras

    Great shots

and that has made all the difference......yet...
I have a feeling a handle of people are going to be very interested in what I post in the near future.

    There's a BBQ?

Someone should arrange it right by the Triple Hangars!

I double checked on Google Earth and I'm in the pattern for 22. From my yard I can see departures from 4 (I think). BTW, there will be a BBQ next Spring/Summer!

Mike, you are probably seeing 22L arrivals there. My folks live just west of you in Elmont, and they get 22L and 22R on either side of their house.

OK so those shots were 22L I guess... morning until early afternoon since in late afternoon the sun goes to the other side, at least in winter.

In any case, sweet deal! You have a large cooler with ice? I'll bring some beer and raw meat! LOL

You're right Moose! It's a beautiful thing to watch the big boys fly right over the house too! And I have several large coolers that hold many many many beers (sometimes sodas too)!
