LGA is landing and departing 22 right now, I guess 13/31 is closed. Anyone know how long this will be happening?

13/31 will be closed until 0600L sunday. try the ASOS: 718,672,6317.
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
They changed the number with the new tower it seems... 718-898-0171 and 718-898-0272. Voice is different, too.

The voice does sound a little different. Its also alot quicker now.
