    JFK Firestone 8/27 review

Went to Firestone today to enjoy the beautiful weather. Construction on the Panera Bread is underway. NCPD were conducting a checkpoint behind us. Nice to meet John and a American Airpower museum volunteer. A great day in terms of aircraft.

    New one for me:

    Another new one for me:

    Finally:

    Finally again:

My first capture of Southern Air. Love the new scheme:

And not one but two Atlas B744

I hope today was not the last day we see this airline soar the skies:

    Nice looking A330:

    VIVA ESPAÑA!!

Last minute equipment swap gave us this rare treat:

Wow, nice. There's a chance that might be the last Mexicana plane to fly into JFK.

Great shots! I also hope to see Mexicana back, always loved the baby buses and the paint scheme.

Nice Pictures. I think that was the last flight of those Mexicana Air... They are out here in Goodyear AZ.

Excellent!!! I was out spotting as well but I ended up shooting from Costco. I bumped into an individual from Switzerland who was there spotting as well. Here are a few captures (hopefully from a different perspective). Enjoy!

Awesome shots. Thats one thing I do hate about KPHX is that we never ever get birds like that well except the BA 747. Thanks for sharing.
