Tex Sutton Horse Transporter 727-200 KISP and KFRG pics

    Greetings,
I was in Massapequa/Amityville, NY today when I got the flight plan alert to my cellphone that the Horse Transporter was planned to come into KISP today. Luckily I was already in the vicinity or I would have had 1 hour and a half drive to KISP. The 727 was dropping off horses for the horse race thing that is apparently happening next week. I have been tracking it for a few weeks now. Its hard to know when the next 727 will come your way. Right when you think you got the last one you will see another one pops up. This one is a nice classy example.

This is my second time at KISP since being in NY but it was my first time taking pictures there. I also stopped off at KFRG and the only thing worth while there was a pretty snazzy looking Canadian Air Force F-18 with the special tail markings. The Blue Angels were doing what they do etc etc etc and a few other war birds were practicing as well. I saw them AND the Goldenknights 1.5 weeks ago at KADW- I can't escape no matter how hard I try.

The three most common expressions in aviation are, "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" and "Oh Crap".

    Thanks,
Belmont Stakes? Air Horse one? Sound like Animal Slavery to me! I just shoot the planes and leave the rest to everyone else :)

I wonder how long they will leave it painted like this.
