CLT Spotting 5/21/2010-A Few Specials

Well, a quick check on flightaware said that a Delta 763, 752, and Omni DC10 had all been diverted to Charlotte from Atlanta, and were scheduled to depart later. A quick yell to my dad and we were out driving to CLT within 5 minutes.

Great catches on the T38 and the Air Ambulance Citation or as I call it... Sllllooooooowwwwtation.... FYI the CRJ up top is not ex Am West. It is an Air Wisconsin CRJ which owes the AW on the reggie.

4 Vance T-38s just did a fly over for tonight's NASCAR race in Charlotte - I suppose these two were in the formation, but the shot on TV was too far away to read the numbers...

They were also performing in formation over CLT yesterday as well. Neat stuff :) .

Another set of very nice shots from CLT adscram14, just 1 correction, your first shot the CRJ is not ex America West, AW is how US Express large CRJ operator Air Wisconsin registers most of their fleet.

I assume you live fairly close to CLT ?
