Nice catch. Looks like the left one is nearly scraping the ground.

Guessing they were testing the emergency landing gear extension.
In a lot of jets, when you deploy the emergency landing gear it opens the inside wheel doors causing them and the gear to freefall and stay extended during landing.
Thanks guys, main reason I found it odd was when they called on the ground on the ops frequency the ops/testing center seemed surprised about the doors being down leading me to wonder if it were planned or not.
