They do, it's something called business class or even first class...rumor has it, some seats are even better than that...but oh no! you have to pay more...I wish commercial airlines had seats like that

Yea well for me its a wish :lol: A wish that wont happen in economy.
One thing I have to be honest about-it's a lot more cramped than it looks. Not for those who are afraid of tight spaces!
Citation Shares crews are always friendly I have found. The XLS is a pretty nice airplane all around. As far as being cramped... They are still much more comfy than a CRJ and it is certainly nice to be able to recline. I had the pleasure of traveling aboard a Netjets XLS late last year. 2.4 block hours and it is nice. You get the whole can, the boos are free and the window view of that strait wing in flight up in the 30's is pretty cool. You don't see that in a commercial airliner.
