    Flying NASA's Space Shuttle Simulator

We've all heard about Fred (Derf) and his iPhone Shuttle sim, but Wired took a shot at landing the world's heaviest glider aboard their real full motion simulator at the Johnson Space Center in Houston: http://www.wired.com/wiredscience/2010/ ... simulator/
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9

My sim is full motion and ALLOT cheaper!!! I love the shots used in Space Cowboy of the Sim, I think those were great..."FLYING BRICK....LIKE THAT!"
The three most common expressions in aviation are, "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" and "Oh Crap".
