    PHOTOS: BWI 3/5/2010

Went down to BWI despite a mostly cloudy forecast. Finally capped my AirTran special colors collection by getting Magic 1, and luckily the sun was out during it. Other highlights were the Northrop Grumman Islander (ATC called it an Trislander, but fortunately switched it over to 33L), another BAC111, an Omni 757, and a Delta 737-800 in new colors, but without winglets (first time for me). Also, a C-40 did a touch and go and went off to Andrews AFB, and a Ryan Air 767 came in (no sun for both of those).

This is the way you should turn to final (sorry for the low quality):

That 738 without winglets is a new paint job. No dirt. Nice catch :borat:

i wonder what that islander does, it's owned by northrop grumman.
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
