LGA - Planeview Park

Hi Im planning to spend couple days in Planeview park... Im new for airport spotting.... I do lots of Air Show but not Airliners and Airports areas... Im planning PlaneView Park and check LaGuardia activities :) Anyone can give some advices ?? what time the best, is anything special what should I know about this place :) ?? If someone feels like join I will be more than happy...
