    Eisenhower Park - 7/27/09

Yes, you read that right, Eisenhower Park. I was driving down Post Avenue in Westbury, when I saw Nassau 5 swoop down and land in the park. I headed over that way, and saw them on the ground near the NCPD Mounted Unit stables. They were on the ground for about 10 minutes, with the engines running, then they headed on out again. It wasn't a medical pickup, maybe just stopped in to the Mounted Unit for a bio-break. In any case, here are a few shots...

it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

And the 412.....212? Mmmmm Bell has a history of updating existing aircraft by throwing on two more main rotor blades.
    Amongst other upgrades. :)
