it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
17 July Update
LGA Runway 4-22 will be closed from 0001L on Saturday July 18 thru 0600L on Sunday July 19. Based on forecasted westerly winds LGA will likely be up and down Runway 31 on Saturday.
