LGA Runway Weekend Closeures for the month of May

I will update this thread every Friday during May with the planned weekend runway closeures for LGA in the hopes it will be helpful for anyone wanting to do any weekend spotting at LGA.

Update for Friday May 8

Runway 4-22 is planned to be closed from 0001L on Saturday May 9 untill 1200N on Sunday May 10.

Runway 4-22 re-opened early, around 1630L on Sat May 16, the up and down 13 action was fun while at lasted !

Short closeure this week.

Runway 4-22 is planned to be closed from 0001L till 1600L on Saturday May 23

4-22 opened up about 2 hours early again today, prior to that LGA was up and down 13. We had a treat the first hour of my shift starting at 1300, as they where using a rare approach I have only seen used a few times, making a very short and sharpe left base for 13 just NW of Rikers Island. For you Passur fans set the time to 1310L on 5-23 and you will see what I mean.

Runway 4-22 is planned to be closed from 0001L on Saturday 5-30 until 0600L on Sunday 5-31

Runway 13-31 is planned to be closed from 0600L thru 1400L on Sunday 5-31
