First Ever E-2 Cockpit shot uploaded on the WEB by me??????

    http://www.jetphotos.net/viewphoto.php?id=6486734

I finally got a very unique photo! I looked all over the INTERNET and found a C2-A cockpit labled as an E-2C.
Is it possible that I may have the First? NOT JUST ON JETPHOTOS OR AIRLINERS.NET...but the ENTIRE WEB?????

I did get emails from Tomcat drivers that they were never allowed in the E-2C on the carrier! One pilot said it best...
"Thanks Fred, it was like looking into the girls bathroom...."

I also uploaded the back but that is a more common shot.

First time for everything lol, nice shot!
I wonder why they were never allowed on the E-2C, sophisticated/secret avionics?

I have been told by F-14 pilots that they were not allowed in either...It was only ground crew certified to work on the
equipment or crew only from what I understand.

reminds me of not being allowed near the AH-64Ds that came though P18 routinely... congrats on the first shot, and glad you were able to make a few sailors happy. =)
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

and the last ever cockpit shot of the F-14 Felix 101...well, last ever I dispalyed because
of the payload that was not to be photographed

I also had Felix 100 as well when it was in svc.

    I could not find the E-2 but oddly I could find the F-117, B-2, SR-71, F-22, F-35
    and AWACS!!! hmmm

I know you know way better then me, but I am sure there must have been a reason for this being the first .. at first glance, I didnt see anything out of the ordinary. I wonder why all the secrecy .. with that said, I would love to see the new E-2D glass cockpit.

I think it would be cool if you did a "slide show" showing the sr-71 (super advanced for its time) and bring it all the way up to the F-35 .. just to see how things progressed

This is probably one of those cases where better late then never does not really apply!
