I got a call as well as the Police that there was a plane down in the water in front of LansEnd in Sayville.... Police arrive and call dispatch "Yep, he is down in the water, but he is now taking off as we speak"

what type was it? was it a seaplane or a floatplane?
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
Not sure... I turned around when I was told the police report....I was about a block away but it was info that was 5 min old....
