Where is Waypoint "ONGIK"?

I'm trying to track a Trans- Pacific flight. I found all of the waypoints except for "ONGIK". It is somewhere between "ELLAM" in AK and "YRL" in Ontario. Where could it be?

ONGIK is on NCA 20 Between OMSUN and NOXAN in The Northwest Terretories

Its right about where i get really tired on middle of the night trips to ANC.

Thanks. Excuse my ignorance as I had no training in flying. I know that NCA 20 is some sort of flight track. What does "NCA" stand for? When I search for it, I get Nippon Cargo Airways Flight 20. Where could I find a map of track NCA 20? I could really use the map coordinates for Waypoint ONGIK as I'm trying to track the route used yesterday by a JAL flight to JFK. Thanks.

I'm having trouble finding 72N and 155W. When I put-in the coordinates, I get Greenland. I need the coordinates for "ONGIK" broken-down into degrees,minutes and seconds so I can search on Mapquest. Thanks.

Strange, because when I plot those coordinates on Mapquest, it shows that ONGIK is in the Arctic Ocean northeast of Barrow, AK, but ONGIK is supposed to be located somewhere in Canada in the NW Territories.
