Helo action - 1/25/08

I was planning on heading out to JFK today, but had to forgo due to a shortage of cash in my wallet, resulting in lack of gasoline, which meant GA spotting, yet again. :P I headed out to Sky Manor this evening in the biting cold to see what was happening. Nothing at all, except for a helo with a student practicing taxiing and pattern work.







I'm heading out to EWR on Sunday, so hopefully I'll be able to catch some heavies before being shooed away by the fuzz.

That last shot looks like the helicopter was landing at LAX from In n Out.
