I received an email this morning from the ICAO's European and North Atlantic (EUR/NAT) office's communications director asking to use one of my photos on JetPhotos.net in their publications and on their website (http://www.paris.icao.int/)! I agreed!

We do think however that all safety-related messages do need some help in order to be better conveyed. Should you accept to help us in conveying such messages [with the photo] you would be of course credited for that with your name each time (courtesy of Mr. Christopher Weyer) in our website/publications.

How cool is that?! And to think - that day I flew out to LAX the weather wasn't being very cooperative and I almost didn't fly out there AT ALL!

Photo usage for safety publications are one instance that I would be willing to heavily discount my rates, or even offer them for free. Same goes for most educational facilities and Boeing.
