If anyone wondered (as I did) if this meant L'Avion's passengers got a downgrade to a regular 75, the answer is no, ZAPX is apparently in 70-seat VIP configuration, see it here:

Wow, those pax must have gotten free flights basically.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9

They have at least 2, one of which flew from paris last night but North American flew the return leg. They're supposed to start a second daily flight but we'll see about that.

North American 757-200s can be configured in 0B/199Y, or converted to 45B/154Y in a good amount of time for various charter customers.

I can't share much else about the flight, but we often operate flights for "upscale" customers who enjoy our flights and accommodations.

I saw their BAE-146 today at ZRH a couple of times. They must have been running charters for someone, it's a nice looking plane!

Half of L'Avion's 12 pilots are on strike. Not a typo, they only have 12 pilots.

Wow that was fast, the airline isn't even a year old yet. I'm not too suprised about the number of pilots knowing that they only fly to EWR.

A friend in Paris mentioned there is some sort of general strike by French transit workers, perhaps their pilots are part of an affiliated union.
