"The nine most terrifying words in the English language are, 'I'm from the government and I'm here to help.' "
Ronald Reagan
I just was typing a post on this after watching the 2 episodes on my DVR....Great learning on what not to do! I am hooked! I look at the shots and am struck that they are making LOTS of wrong decisions. I probably have a major advantage because I have 2 kids and have to be ready 2 seconds before the shot is about to happen. I like to make shots but with the kids, you really need to shoot the environment and not make it as they are used to doing.
With all the negative comments above that I stated, I have LEARNED ALLOT! This is a must see for all who have a camera. I like that the actual talent on the show is reinforcing all that I have learned on my own. Never shoot a model in direct sunlight is a recent one that I have learned!
I could have used this earlier.....THIS IS A MUST SEE!!! :borat:
The three most common expressions in aviation are, "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" and "Oh Crap".
Basically we're on pace to have a reality show about every single profession within the next few years.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9
