Nassau, Bahamas (MYNN) Spotting recap Nov 8th-10th

    Greetings
Just got back from a short trip to Nassau MYNN in hope of getting the Cubana YAK42. Unfortunately they pulled it off a daily Friday arrival 2 weeks before I got there after 8 month or so of weekly service. It was replaced with the leased 737-200 from Venezolana. Despite this major Disappointment I did manage to get some small but interesting traffic at MYNN.
Inflight shots didn't turned out well because of cloudy windows. I will leave out most of the U.S. airlines.

Thanks to Stephen Aranha for sharing his time and knowledge and helping me get around MYNN and Nassau.
Heres some of the highlights from the trip.
The Aircraft that were flying for Cubana were the Cuban ATR-42 and the Venezolana B732

This 737-200 will probably be my last 200 series flight.

it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

I concur! Major pucker factor here!!
The three most common expressions in aviation are, "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" and "Oh Crap".

and that has made all the difference......yet...
I have a feeling a handle of people are going to be very interested in what I post in the near future.

    That shot is stunning Senga.

Good stuff with the other ATRs, 737-2s, Shorts & a Super DC-3 as well.

Unfortunate about the Yak, but still a great haul.

Just rent a paddleboat and take a little trip from Miami to Cuba. People do it all the time, though it's usually in the opposite direction.

Does Cuba have a wet-foot/dry-foot rule?
