I think Torre should have retired and retained his legacy. Unless the Dodgers make some big signings (A-Rod is a strong possibility, but even then, they don't have Hershiser, Valenzuela or even Kevin Brown anymore) they're not going to be very good and he's going to look like a fool. Torre's old job was akin to playing a season as the All-Madden Team in Madden NFL '95 for Super Nintendo.
