Russian Cargo Plane Violates Finnish Airspace

A Russian Ilyushin-76 cargo plane violated Finnish airspace on Friday morning.

Finland's Ministry of Defence says that the plane was in Finnish airspace for a few minutes at around 10:30 AM local time on Friday. It intruded some 4.5 kilometres into Finnish territory.

Airspace violations along the same route were reported in April 2006 and August 2005.

Finland's Frontier Guard has begun an investigation into the incident.

This seems to be taking place a more and more with the Russians lately? Do you think its just a mistake or are they testing the waters?

i read somewhere not too long ago that Putin is sending the military to test the waters around thier borders in an effort to help bring russia back as a respected world power. dunno if this was the same thing...
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
