    AA's done in Newburgh

Does anyone have any information as to American Eagle ending service in Newburgh, NY today? When was their last flight?

I don't understand your question. You said yourself it ended today. If you want times, all the flight trackers have it.

Was there like a water cannon or not? Did anybody go?

Why would they have a water cannon salute for an airline closing down its station? Exactly. No, they wouldn't.

I think your question should have been added to this thread:

When AA left LGB, they had a water cannon.

I'm sure they had a water cannon salute considering they were the first commercial airline to start flights to the airport.
