why did you go out today? i do like the way the lights were reflecting off the belly of the icelandair 757s.
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

This is because it was the only time my dad could take me, so I tried to make the best of the weather, and yes it is indeed a cool effect, the BA 744 also has the same "feature" This spot also proves you really don't realize how big these planes are until you see them less then 50 feet above you!!

I don't know Bobby, Phil's car is pretty hard to miss!

Regarding the weather yesterday, one of the many cool things about Cargo Plaza is that it's a great location to watch aircraft coming in regardless of the weather because of how close you are to them!

"Gaudi" sure does need a bath but when I flew on her last summer she still seemed brand new on the inside, and that's what counts!

Bobby rule #1....clouds out stay home. I know you're locked down to you're fathers schedule but you can ensure the noise in the shots are cut down by taking pics in the sun. P&S digital cameras suffer from noise a great deal more then SLRs in low light situations. Next time its sunny go out and just shoot normal everyday stuff. Oh and if you didn't already do it READ THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL!!! Read it from front to back and then again. I've done with all my cameras, its the only way to become truly familiar with you're camera's operation.

I tried a different ISO setting that Gordon suggested - its of my new OA model that I got yesterday!

Any better?, although this isn't a real plane I figured id test around with it.

Bobby you need light....there's very little light on that shot to. Put the lights on in a room and take some shots or just wait for the sun to come out. Use the flash to. AND READ THE MANUAL!
