Now this really irritates me. I hope they sue the **** out of this hospital and this kid has a first class education for life. I hope the gaurd is canned as well.

Seems like there is two sides to the story. From what I read it looks like they decided to simply get up and leave which may very well have put the baby in jepoardy. While you can check yoursef out of a hospital anytime you wish a minor is a different story. I'm not sure if using a tazer was such a good idea but the parents don't seem to be stella examples of caregivers.
