I decided to pop over to SMQ this afternoon after work, but nothing major was going on. And what was going on, I didn't get any good shots of. :P So I swung by N40 on the way home. That was much more fruitful.

This RV-8 did a landing break, US Navy-style. Sweet. :)


I got to talking with the pilot of this ultralight. He's a cool guy, and he said while it's still warm, he can take me up. No complaints here.


This was taken after he dropped off his passenger, and took back off again.


The exact words I said when I saw this gyrocopter was "Aw, man. F*ckin' sick!" :lol:


First time spotting a Columbia 300. I usually only see the 400's. A welcome sight, and a very sleek-looking plane.
