Romney stops by a Diner & is confronted by a waitress, the conversation is on Healthcare. I do not have toooo much sympathy for the Waitress & her healthcare problems as she is about 100 pounds overweight, which could have been the reason that she was on disability for 2 years...

By her comments you can clearly see that she didn't care about solutions to healthcare, but is just jealous of people who are better off than her.
As far are the overweight thing goes, she said she was disabled for two years. I don't know from what, but I'll give her the benefit of the doubt.
