JetPhotos Rejection - Bad C/N

It seems that when I upload a photo to JetPhotos, and leave the registration/construction number empty, I always get rejected, and the reason is a bad C/N, even though it the box was left empty.

When I look at the rejected photo, for registration, it says Unknown/CN:, as if I left a space in the C/N box to set it off.

Is there any way to stop this problem from hapening?

Are you leaving the regi field blank all the time? If so that's you're problem, you need to fill in the regi field with every photo you upload. There are exceptions if the photo is of acceptable nature but due to whatever the conditions are you couldn't see the regi, but otherwise all shots need a regi or they will get rejected. The CN will auto fill when you enter a regi.
