I just read this. I don't see how the law as it is worded now could possibly be constitutional.

Oh yea write Bloomberg. That would get results. He would probably come up with some idea like charging us some dumb ass fee to photograph in public places.

It says "Mayor’s Office of Film, Theater and Broadcasting", not the Mayor. And at least Bloomberg is better than Mr. Corrupt Giuliani.
