    LGA spotting/ Bronx view 5-23-07

Well the weather was nice so i took a 15 minute bike ride from my house to a park next to the toll plaza by Whitestone Br and took lots of shots from 1pm to 2:30pm of runway 22 arrivals. Check these out.

You should look at buying a DSLR camera, you do a pretty decent job with your frameing for the most part. Occasional backlighting but for the most part you could probably do well with a DSLR and the right lens.

    I agree with hiss (!!!!!!!!) ;)

Your shots and motives are good...your obvious passion for spotting is just in need of slightly better equipment. Maybe members on the photography forums could help you price one that fits your budget.

i almost fell out of my chair, but have to say i agree with them. i'd sugest a DD50 with 70-300 for starters, would be more affordable than the 80-400 most of us use.
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
