    St.Lucia (SLU) Spotting 3/20

St.Lucia has two airports, a large one and a smaller one. The larger one is UVF and is located on the other side of the island from where I am currently, I will be flying out of UVF on Saturday. The smaller one is SLU which is located in the city next to where I am staying.

I had planned on going down to UVF to see the Virgin 747-400 arrive today but my father was not able to rent a car so we decided to spend an hour at SLU.

The airport has service from Caribbean Star, American Eagle, and Liat.

Here are the shots from today:

And of course the cruise ship that was currently in port, yesterday it was Celebrity X and Maasdam.

Some very cool and interesting shots there! That second one looks like a screen shot off Flight Sim. Nice job!
And I, I took the path less traveled by
and that has made all the difference......yet...
I have a feeling a handle of people are going to be very interested in what I post in the near future.

Well I saw the Virgin Atlantic 747-400 flying over my hotel on its way to UVF from LGW so I guess I won out in the end. :)

From someone who refuses to shoot anything that does not have at least two paralelling rows in the cabin and a MGTOW of under 250,000 LBS.

SLU is one of the best airports I've been to for spotting.

We stayed at Sandals and the approach to SLU was right in front of the complex. I was sat out on the balcony from 5am watching the LIAT, Caribbean Sun and BWIA on approach.

The best was the daily Amerijet 727 on finals!
