HPN Catch on St. Paddy's Day

I was driving through SUNY Purchase late Saturday afternoon trying to spot at an area I go to sometimes. There were tons of cars as there was a show on the campus and my spot was occupied. As I was leaving an AirTran 717 flew over and I was too slow to grab a shot.
While driving out of the campus I saw that a road that is normally closed was open so I cut through it. This road was right at the approach to I'm pretty sure it's RW34 (I could be wrong). Anyway, I put the car in park and snapped a few before leaving. I was so close that it was just too cool! I watched Gulfstream do the same approach as well. It was really cool to smell the jet fuel in the air!






I'll have to try that again with a wide angle and see if I get better results.

Thats a great spot, I always have tried to find a spot to go to at HPN (its only 10mins from my house) But its really tough, with the cops and all.
