    JFK ATC "Candles on the Cake"

    I was spotting yesterday morning out at JFK, and a Jetblue 320 was on approach to 13L and ATC asked him "How many Candles on the Cake", what does that mean??

    By the way the Jetblue pilot respond "Too many, Its a fire Hazard"
